All you need to do to enter is join the league and play. Winning clan gets a server. No costs, no hassle setting it up.

Yeah, all new clans join http://www.clanwars.cc/?League=41

There are already quite a few clans playing this month and it would be alot more fun if other clans can join to since you will be all competing for something.
