My auto updates keep messing up. It says and error has occurred and we are sorry to cause you any inconvenience. but it does it like every five seconds its pizzing me off i cant play ren anymore because of it closing the game and telling me that.. please help yes i shut auto updates off to try and stop it but it keeps going

goto "Control panel ~ Administative Tools ~ Services"
There you will see "Automatic Updates" Double-click and set to stop.

apart from that, the error has nothing to do with automatic updating.
