A couple questions:

Is it possible to have server side mods, atleast be able to add some extra commands for extra punishments and what not?

Where can I find a documentation on remote access?

And where can I find information on querying servers? Like on a web page (Half-Life example: http://12.230.34.40/lgbrquery.php )
