I don't think it a bug, just a game glitch. You have to leave the game and quit Renegade for it to go back to normal. Very Happy

Ya happened to me in the middle of a clan match yesterday. Not cool because then of course to fix you have to leave the game and come back. While it takes forever to get to the Quit and then to Yes, the enemy got my tank and used it against us. I was not pleased one bit.

You can turn off the quit confirmation dialog by going into your registry.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE >Westwood > Renegade > Options

Should be one named SkipIngameQuitConfirmDialog, change it from 0 to 1, then save it. You can also turn off the exit game confirmation, cancel the intro from ever playing, and change whether your game defaults to first or third person.
