It would appear 99% of players can't be bothered to use it, and here are the reasons I've found

It's flawed: so is everything
The server empties: I have it, why can't others?
No cheaters here: prove it

All in all, it seems that no-one can be bothered to protect themselves, and actually like to be/play with cheaters. So stuff this, I'll come back when some fair games crop up.

Yeah, have been finding it strange as well. I came back to renegade because of what renguard offered. Now have played on some of these servers listed as renguard protected like, black-cell, RG, DS, to name a few and yet even though I get message that am running renguard, server ops are not running renguard since they want the cheaters online as well. Server ops who run renguard finds very low turnout of players.

Servers who do not run renguard are the ones that have huge turnouts of cheaters online and everyone wonders why non-cheaters seems to lose all the time.

Servers on the Renguard Network should be running Renguard all the time and so what if lot of players do not want to use renguard. It goes to proves that cheaters or those who like to cheat will never use something that will prevent them from cheating.

Oh btw Crimson or whoever programmed Renguard, the extras cheats still work while using renguard even on a renguard running protected server.
