Split hairs all you want, but EA will not be selling the source code. Yes you could probably buy the entire company (good luck) at which point you would then "own" the source code, but I doubt that is going to happen. Back to my origional statement...nobody has the FDS source code, as it is the exact same codetree as the retail game. Run game.exe with the switch "nodx", there's the FDS.
