I like the LCG a lot, but I'd prefer to have a Mobius or PIC myself. LCG is a great deal for the cost, though, and he's probably the best all-around midtier character for either side. Patch doesn't damage vehicles enough, and Gunner, despite having a rocket launcher, is best at close to mid range. LCG doesn't assume much of a range penalty, his gun is slightly inaccurate at all ranges, and he has good ROF and damage, plus a great amount of hate.
