The RenEvo SSC has a laid-back install setting where it only enforces RenGuard when a certain amount of RG players are in the game. A required list, etc. seems kind of silly. The RenEvo SSC makes it so its auto kicks in full enforcement, or disables enforcement entirely. Anything in-between seems kinda pointless.
