Uh, in america, yeah we would have those polices for protection of our people and the enviroment and to keep them from being used against us, but when it comes to saddam or terroist regems it is a diffrent story. They are not likely to have any where near the safty standers we have, so stockpile rooms are more likely to be used as a spoof when it comes to saddam or other terroist. They know our safty laws and they would exepcet us to search secure facilities made with safty standerds in mind, so that would be the last place saddam or terroist would store them. They don't care about their own peoples safty and are gunning to kill us, so they are very unlikely to follow safty standerds concering WMD like we would.
