Our Mission

To become one of the biggest multi-game battle clans on the internet.

To be known as a major part of online gaming history.
* To prove that you can have fun playing games online while being fair.
Our Mottos

The 5 Ws

Who: The clan is lead by the CEO [BBF]Dark Knight and the appointed members of the clan leader board (CLB).

What: The name of the clan is "Baptized By Fire", originally thought up by clan founders Hive Mind and Chods while they were at work one fine summer day.
* When: The clan was officially founded May 1, 2000.
*
Where: BBF headquarters is in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
*
Why: BBF was created to bring people, from all over the globe, together because of their common interest in online gaming.
Clan Structure
The clan operates on six main levels of leadership
* Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
* Appointed Leaders: Grand Admiral, Admiral, Vice Admiral, Clan Managers
* Division Commanders (DC)
* Game Commanders (GC)
* Fleet Commanders (FC)
* Unit Commanders (UC)
Gov. Structure
* The clans structure is split into four separate areas;
*
Clan Control Level (the CEO)
o
Gives Final Approval for creation or changes to the rules and policies of the clan
o May overrule any decision made by division or game leaders that might effect clans morale or goes against the rules and policies of the BBF
o Enforces rules and policies of the clan
o Approves proposals made by the Clan Managers
o Responsible for CLB organization and clan structure
o
Manages web sites/Web Site Developer
o Responsible for making sure all Clan SUB web sites follow and meet requirements
o
Works with all members of the CLB and to ensure clan is running smoothly at all levels
o
Deals directly with sponsors
* Clan Leader Board (CLB & CLB-AC)
o Comprised of the CEO, Admiral Core, Clan Managers and appointed division commanders and game commanders
* Division Level (Division Commanders)
o Responsible for all the games in their division

o Responsible for all members in their respective games

Expansion Plan
* In /2004 the BBF will be forming divisions in the following games;
o Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault (FPS Division)
o Doom III (FPS Division)
o Half Life 2 (FPS Division)
o Rome: Total War (RTS Division)
o Wartime Command (RTS Division)
o World of Warcraft (MMP division)
o Everquest 2 (MMP division)
o Tribes Vengeance (FPS Division)
