Everyone is telling me to buy a ATI 9800. But, I have a Nvidia, so wouldnt that conflict with everything? Ahhh im so computer dumb!

If you can get an ATI Radeon 9800 or 9800 Pro, that's definitely the best card you can get for the money.

For $200, you can get a 9800 Pro 128MB - which will beat any GeForce FX in most games and slaughters them in DX9 games like Half-Life 2, etc.

For $100, you could go for a 9600 Pro 128MB, but if you can get the 9800, go for it.

As far as a conflict with your current nVidia, yes, sometimes there are issues switching from nVidia to ATI and vice versa - some of it is deliberately caused so as to cause the user trouble when being "unloyal" Very Happy

Use a driver cleaner, though, and you should be fine - such as the one at DriverHeaven.net.
