What is this e-mail? Says it's from AK . . . [message #80530]

I got a couple e-mails one says it is from AK and the other one says it is user info . . .

They both have the same attachment on them, they are written in German I think . . . the atachement is titled "Norton AntiVirus gel�scht1" And the contents are

"Norton AntiVirus hat folgenden Anhang entfernt: pass-message.pif. Der Anhang enthielt die Bedrohung W32.Sober.F@mm."

What does that mean? This is just a text document so I had no worries of viruses. I just wanted to know

1. Why did both e-mails have the same attachment?
2. Did anyone else recieve these e-mails?
3. Why did I recieve these?
4. Is it truely from AK?
