I think he took a page from Kerry's book and became a big flip-flopper. He's just trying to "prove" the lies that the Democrats have said about Bush to try and substantiate them. But too bad that Fox News immediately found a tape from a background conference with Richard Clarke... the reporter asked the White House if they could lift the background restriction, the White House said yes, and now we can hear how Clarke told a completely different story.

So basically, anyone who reads more than one news source knows now that Clarke talks out of his ass and says whatever sounds good at the time (sounds like Kerry) and he's just trying to sell books and enjoy his 15 minutes of fame.
