While in game hold :

ALT
or
CTRL
or
CTRL & ALT

After a few seconds a menu will come up showing you what combo's do what.

Below is a list of the Radio commands or hotkeys usable in multiplayer:
ALT + 1 displays - “I need repairs!”
ALT + 2 displays - “Take the point!”
ALT + 3 displays - “Move out!”
ALT + 4 displays - “Follow me!”
ALT + 5 displays - “Hold position!”
ALT + 6 displays - “Cover Me!”
ALT + 7 displays - “Take Cover!”
ALT + 8 displays - “Fall Back!”
ALT + 9 displays - “Return to Base!”
ALT + 0 displays - “Destroy it Now!”

You can view the set above by holding down the ALT key while in game.

CTRL + 1 displays - “Building needs Repairs!”
CTRL + 2 displays - “Get in the vehicle!”
CTRL + 3 displays - “Get out of the vehicle!”
CTRL + 4 displays - “Destroy that vehicle!”
CTRL + 5 displays - “Watch where you’re pointing that!”
CTRL + 6 displays - “Don’t get in my way!”
CTRL + 7 displays - “Affirmative!”
CTRL + 8 displays - “Negative!”
CTRL + 9 displays - “I’m in position!”
CTRL + 0 displays - “Enemy spotted!”

CTRL + ALT + 2 displays - “Attack the Harvester!”
CTRL + ALT + 3 displays - “Attack that structure!”

CTRL + ALT + 5 displays - “Attack the Power Plant!”
CTRL + ALT + 6 displays - “Defend the Base!”
CTRL + ALT + 7 displays - “Defend the Harvester!”
CTRL + ALT + 8 displays - “Defend that structure!”
CTRL + ALT + 9 displays - “Defend the Refinery!”
