It's weird, that happened to me like a year ago when I was playing with the CTF scripts, it prevented me from releasing my really crappy map. Except it happened on the Nod side. I think it has something to do with the presets, change those at all for the spawner/soldier? Anyway, I don't know how to fix it, but it happened to me.
