OK the bitch never replied so I tried to ask a Question and got this:

We will be updating this as new issues arise. You may also receive additional game support and tips by calling 1-900-288-HINT. (This service does charge 95 cents a minute to your phone bill. If you are under 18, you must have your parents’ permission to call.)
For answers to WOL account issues, select your product and the “category” WW Account & Contest Questions.
For known technical issues and resolutions, choose the "category" Technical Support. For technical issues not addressed in the FAQ’s, please click “Ask a Question” and select your game title and the category titled “Technical Support” and a support representative will address the technical issue.(Game play questions are not addressed by technical support.)
