That would be the CPU heatsink that is blocking it...and it is huge because...that's right...I am supprised none of you noticed, THERE IS NO FAN ON TOP. Thus, the heatsink must be bigger to cool enough without a fan accelerating the air.

(Grender) I didn't mean that the metal was bronze, just the colouring of the metal due to lighting conditions. Smile

Ya just give it a little bit of work and you should be able to free that heatsink off. I know my clips are a pain. Most are because just like Endergate mentioned, they need to exert a lot of force to maintain thermal contact.
