I just use the CPU fan, Graphics card fan and PSU fan. Anything else can be disconnected (as long as you don't live in a hot area.)

Disconnecting them will probably do jack though if you have a noisy CPUfan, so try and buy a new one (they're only like �10 for a "silent" fan, which can cool a 3200+ and are little louder than a whisper)
