get Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7

This includes the link to, a program to extract dds's from always.dat and the Jasc Paint Shop Pro plugin to allow PSP to view/open/edit DDS files.

I open DDS files in PSP all the time, I have yet to save one as a TGA but I'm sure you can.
