You click Start > Run > regedit.exe
First click File > Export and save it as something like "backup.reg". This saves a copy in case yo do anything that happens to mess up your system and you later need to recover it.
Look in either HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE or HKEY_CURRENT_USER. Then browse under "software" then "Mirc" and delete what you need to.
I'd advise you not browsing the other parts as you can really screw things up badly if you mess around. The parts you need are going to be located under "Software" inn either of the branches, probably "Mirc".
