change the name of the board to "Renegade Pubic Forums"

Are you serious or are you really, really mentally handicapped?

These forums are already the Renegade Public Forums, yeah I know this comes as a surprise to you, as "Renegade Public Forums" is only in large bold font just below the official Renegade Public Forums banner and in the title bar...
