The cheapest and fastest diagnosis you can do is replace the CMOS battery and/or replace the Power Supply. The battery will cost you $2? (Unsure due to Trumpflation), a Power Supply can be anywhere between $50-$500.

However, that would be where I personally would start. If neither of those work, then it's a fun list to go down to really isolate the issue. Again, though, CMOS and Power Supply is where you'd start. Of course, do what you need to do, this is just advice to possibly save you time and money. Good luck!
