There is a problem with webpages being cached.
For instance, in the other topic, if you've viewed it once before, then go and view it again, newer posts won't appear, till you enter the topic, and press refresh.
For example if I navigate here, which isn't a post itself but rather the forum, this is what I was seeing, which is out of date, newer posts have happened since.

But after a refresh
This is also happening on posts themselves.
