...(neptune has life in the water under the layers of ice. At least thats what i heard in school...)

First, Neptune is a gaint ball of gass, with a molten core. Second, one of Neptune's moons has ice on it. It is not known whether there is life there. It is certainly possible, but it is not true to say that from what is known about the moon. There has not been a probe to land on the moon, but only fly by satelites on their way out of the solar system.

O yea that was it, it was one of neptunes moons not neptune it self
