Which version of LevelEdit are you using? I think ttle.dll is only compatible with jonwil's modified version LevelEdit.exe

For the record, LE works fine on my Windows 8 machine, but my executable is hex-edited to work with AR and I don't have a stock one lying around currently or I would send it to you.
