The server is running the wrong version of the map. The FDS doesn't have the terrain for that map in it's always.dat as it is a singleplayer level. When you or i host it we have the files from the always.dat. The server need to either download the correct version with the terrain W3D in or copy the always.dat from a renegade intall to the FDS directory.
