Missing MemoryManager.dll or the MemoryManager.dll is incorrect.

Did the person happen to use RR? Did they happen to install RR after installing 4.0? Did they happen to uninstall RR after installing 4.0?

Either way, just reinstall 4.0. Run the installer again. It should replace any corrupted files.

I'm just going based off of other people's problems they sent to me and usually this resolves it based on that error.
