Not anymore it doesn't. Someone had the brilliant decision to remove them instead of finding ways of making them work.

Why do people have so much against snipers? Because in Renegade they were overpowered (in the hands of a few, you could still rape snipers with other characters..) doesn't mean they have to take them out of other games. Balance them out a bit more.

Whenever I heard that Reborn wasn't putting in snipers, I immediately lost all interest in the game. I can't begin to understand why you'd want to take snipers out. Oh well, it's not like it's going to get released anyway. Huh
