I don't see a "game2.exe" in your renegade directory. Is some software (e.g. anti-virus, folder premissions, etc.) blocking the installer from writing game2.exe to your Renegade folder? Can you try the following:

Copy "c:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer Renegade(tm)\Renegade" to "C:\Renegade".
Re-install TT beta 3.

If that works, please try copying "c:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer Renegade(tm)\Renegade" (the broken install) to "c:\Program Files\Renegade" and reinstall beta 3 there. This helps us to debug what is wrong and fix it. If that works, try the same for
"c:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Renegade"
"c:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer Renegade(tm)\Renegade2". Let me know what locations do and don't work.

The & and (tm) *might* be confusing the installer, although I think it worked before. If none of it works, try removing the "c:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer Renegade(tm)\Renegade" folder, reinstall Renegade, and then TT beta 3.
