So I wiped my desktop with the factory CD for the 2nd or 3rd time last night. It has been a while since the last time but I get hit with that virus that blocks the task manager and says you need to buy shit to fix certain problems.
Anyone know of any easy to use FREE (not trials) programs that are likely to block these attacks?
Usually use Norton but in between jobs at the moment so I can't justify $40.
I know there have been topics like this before... but I am sure that there have been a lot of changes in programs since then.
