You dont want that. you want straight up reform. Fire everyone, and revote. A democratic republic is the best system.

Democracy is the dictatorship of the majority and could hardly be described as a good system. It may very well be the best working system, but that doesn't mean it's not terribly flawed. Even more so because of populism, shortsightedness and, simply, stupid people.
