Also, like some other people mentioned already, there are a bunch of beta models scattered here and there across the internet and embedded among different EA/Westwood/Renegade downloads. Reaver11 has made a topic (here) which has so far collectively put them all together into one download-able file. He continues to update it (I'm guessing) whenever he finds new things. You might want to give it a try if you haven't already.

I sure will continue updating it so if anyone has something new 
Though that pack contains multiple structures it depends where you want to use them for some are not game ready.
Mainly missing damage aggregates.
So if you fix up a building for usage let me know so I can reupload it!
