Use first person near the door to have a look and see if there are any.
Crouching will work if there are only 6 mines but anymore and ur dead. The mines will blow up.
If you jump up the wall on each side of the door you can usually hug most of the mines away(technically a glitch but so if door mining...).
best way to blow em and live is jump out of a copter just above the door, they will all blow b4 the door opens. Unfortunatly if the miner is bad and did a straight 6 mine plant at the door on the ground then you will die if you don't check first.
There is no way to get in without blowing the mines or disarming them.
Just use first person and u'll be fine, also if the mines are stacked then disarming the clostest mine will disarm all 
Another hint : jumping over mines usually reduces damage of each mine by 10 - 15.
