The thing that pisses me off is no one cared about regulating this stuff before this happened.
That's something I hate so much about America- we give no thought on something beforehand, then when it bites us in the ass we cry endlessly. Then after a short amount of time we don't even give it a second thought again.
Still, this shit sucks, and there needs to be real cleanup operations...
