It's slim picking's for Socket 775 boards these days, but luckily, one of the best P45 boards is still for sale, at least in North America.

Lots of people love this board because of its price, lack of frills, and overclocking friendliness. Apparently, it doesn't support RAID, in case that's a concern.
Your RAM will be compatible with the Intel CPU and board, barring anything out of the ordinary.
If you're concerned about graphics, see if you can hunt around for used cards in your local area. I got my 4870 for cheap because the seller wanted to upgrade to a new generation of card, so you too may be able to find some reasonably priced 4870's or GTX260's.
