It's ignoring the problem and running away from confrontation.

The basic ideal response you should give is something like this:
"Believe what you want to believe, I really don't care. All I know is I'm not a cheater and that is all that matters."

Simply saying "lol" just makes you look like a loserfag.

Alternatively, I find it funny to play dumb.

Like, if someone accuses you of using an aimbot, you be like "WTF is an aimbort?"

Because people who don't have balls are women, and women get all emotional and try to form a positive social environment in such a situation.

The OP basically did this:

"Oh? What? You think I cheat! No! I don't! I really don't! I'm willing to sit here and discuss this with you for as long as it takes until you believe otherwise! I'll even avoid killing you and stop getting headshots if you'll just believe me!"

Pussy shit. This "believe what you want to believe" garbage is no better. It still stinks of politeness, political correctness, and caring about your accuser's emotional state.
