You need a special color palette:

Open your screenshot into for example Paint Shop Pro ( http://zunnie.game-maps.net/useful%20programs/PSP7.zip )
Paste your screenshot and then goto "Colors->Load Palette" and browse for the palet.

Then the ss should showup properly...
Save it as jpeg for example Smile
