I'd reckon:
Group A: South Africa, Mexico, Uruguay, France -> France.
Group B: Argentina, South Korea, Nigeria, Greece --> Can't call this one.
Group C: England, USA, Algeria, Slovenia --> England (I hope!)
Group D: Germany, Australia, Ghana, Serbia --> Probably Germany.
Group E: Netherlands, Japan, Cameroon, Denmark --> Netherlands.
Group F: Italy, New Zealand, Paraguay, Slovakia --> Italy.
Group G: Brazil, North Korea, Ivory Coast, Portugal --> Brazil (Like, duh...)
Group H: Spain, Honduras, Chile, Switzerland --> Can't call this one either.
