You will need Level Edit. First get renegade public tools and install them. You should find the Level edit folder in there. Run LE and create a new mod (it will promt) then you should see the preset tree on the right. Find your wanted character or vehicle (could be tricky because the file names are terrible, you could look at the w3d tho) highlight it and press Mod (hammer icon). Edit all the settings you like. (to make it stealth you should tick []Is stealth) Press ok. Then go to Renegadepublictools/level edit/<yourmod>/Levels (if there is no levels folder, create one) download you desired map(s) in .lvl format here and put them into the levels folder. Now go back to level edit and go File > Export mod package. Export it into your data folder. Now when you host you could chose a mod (a drop down menu higher than the place where you select maps). Chose your mod, host and play. You can use this offline, or with a friend if he has the same .pkg mod.
