my objection with this is rather then wasting your time repeating what you've said on other community forums and you can't say you was the bigger man and dropped it when there is posts on other forums STILL going on about it but i would like to see you concentrate on making the league active again because i would like to see clanwars being played actively again
i think all that arguing and you repeating yourself over and over again did more damage then it did any good for the league and everybody in the topic seemed to see it but you
you may think differently but others(including me) believe it may have lured people away from the league

here's why nothing you say can be taken seriously. you wanna talk about driving players away from the league? how about me? the first few times people asked me to come back to the league, i didn't want to. i thought the community wasn't worth my time. ask td, bluelabel, hitman...

i eventually reconsidered because i thought there might be enough players in the league to make it worthwhile, and i thought i could return the league to something approaching its status 2-3 years ago when i was in charge, i.e. very fair and approachable. then i see shit like what clear and simpee tried to do. they tried to drive me away; me, whose reputation for fairplay and honesty is far better than theirs, who's at least comparable skill-wise (i won't assert that i'm better than simpee because he's made it plain how hurtful he finds that), and bonus, the only person with the dedication to run a clan league for so long.

and here's the thing: YOU HAVE NEVER CRITICISED WHAT THEY DID. this is why i can't take you seriously. you can be judged not only by what you say, but by what you don't say. you can tell someone's priorities not just by what they criticise, but what they obviously don't care about (if not actually approve of)

if anyone tries whingeing about a fair, skilled player being harrassed out of the league, but they DIDN'T say anything about what clear and simpee tried to do to me, they just can't be taken seriously.
