Instead of just making another topic I'm going to ask this here, this question is for the same about the same computer though.
This computer keeps freezing and flickering off and on whenever I try to do something heavy on the video card. I've replaced the video card with one I just bought today for $30 to see if it was the video card, I don't think it is. It's not the power supply(250w), I think it has more than enough power for this new/old video card(ATI 92LE 128MB), it's not overheating the side is off all the time while I'm testing this.
Any ideas? I'm just trying to fix this computer to be used as a secondary computer not a gaming computer(anymore).
PS. Oh and this thread should probably be moved to the "Other" subforum, I posted it in the wrong forum by accident.
