Oh and EA would just let them have the copyright... and make all the money... :rolleyes:

Could just be me but that doesnt sound logic... If EA thinks they realy can make a pile of money with Renegade 2, then why not start the project.
Obviusly they think they got everything out of renegade what they could and now only hold the copyright to show off with (or whatever).
So money wouldnt be the reason of EA not givving the copyright away... from EA's point of standing, they probably think they earn more money with selling it then making renegade 2...
