Nodbugger

It is java it runs by java, that why when I turn it on and off java on my other pc it gives the same results.

Those buttons are flash. They're probably using a javascript to load the flash buttons on their site.

Reinstall javascript, reinstall Macromedia Flash Player, patch IE, enable javascript support.
