Reporting players going in/out of game etc comes from renlog. Your problem is incorrect remote admin settings, or using the same port numbers as another bot/fds running on the same machine as yours.

Read the readme file which explains how to setup the remote admin connection settings, it covers everything in there. If you are still having problems you should copy-paste the relevant sections of your config files (server.ini / brenbot.cfg) into a reply inside a spoiler tag, making sure to replace passwords and serials with *'s or similar before submitting the reply.
