PROBLEM SOLVED! I SCREWED UP! MISTYPED REGISTRATION NUMBER! [message #38408]

:oops: My registration number wasn't banned after all. I screwed up and mistyped my registration number.

Many thanks for all your advice, though. Special thanks to England - his lead was the right one!

By the way, I got a very detailed, helpful and personalized email from EA's Dan Ludeman on how to obtain a new registration number. As far as I'm concerned, I have good things to say about EA's tech support. So the tech support issue is grey at the least, not black or white. (Listen up, Mr. Bush!)
