5 hs and shotty dead. Wait for shotty to straight line and you get 4 hs instantly then you have to hit shotty 4 times... its not hard

And then you get to pick up the shotgun. SBH's with shotguns are incredibly deadly.

Well, not to point out the obvious, but that's the main selling point behind the Stealth Black Hand -- It's stealth.
