Anyway, Renegade X is nothing but a clone of Renegade with new features and some improvements.
It makes literally NO sense to not like Renegade X because you prefer the original.. And when you said that Renegade X team doesn't know about how good Renegade can be, that is also wrong. The devs on that team have been with Renegade, through thick and thin, ever since the release of its demo 8 years ago. Can you say the same thing?
Renegade now is in no way as good of a game as it was when it was first originally released. Back when there were no game play standards and every strategy was intuitive and unique.. not this "omg donate me so we can mass tanks lolk?!11!?" that we got now.
Renegade X is simply attempting to bring the good old days of Renegade back while still keeping its current form intact. And it is even improving its graphics, physics, and overall game engine while they are at it.
I see absolutely no reasonable or logical reason to hate Renegade X for reasons that it goes against Renegade. The only way I can see someone hating Renegade X is if they:
1. Don't like UT3
2. Don't like Renegade
3. Don't have the hardware to run it
