That is pretty good, usually what I use. Be carefull when you use it though. It is easy to delete safe stuff with it.

TrendMicro has a newer (and still free) version of HijackThis. You can find it here. You can still upload the results to be analyzed at http://www.hijackthis.de and it'll work properly.
