Download this: http://apb.game-maps.net/index.php?act=view&id=523 and ONLY select "WOLAPI" and make sure you select your The First Decade folder and install it to "Internet", Default path path would be: C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Internet
