Although there's no reason you can't write a plugin with a command to call the internal function that does the balancing, it would only need about 15-20 lines of code, including all the proper plugin layout code. However, since that's not a part of the official plugin interface I can't promise the function name and/or functionality will not change in future releases.

EDIT: Actually, never mind, it seems that code is not in it's own function after all Razz

But you could copy-paste it into a plugin...
